The present petition under Section 439(2) read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks following prayers:- "(a) Cancel the bail granted to the accused Rohit in Bail vide order dated 30.11.2021 by Ld. ASJ, Saket Courts and direct him to surrender before the jail authority, in case FIR No. 36/2021, U/s 307/323/34 IPC, PS Okhla Industrial Area, New Delhi.

(b) Pass any other further order as this Hon'ble Court deems just and proper in the fact and circumstances of the present case, in the interest of justice."
