The present Application has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner seeking rectification of a typographical error in the judgment dated 26.04.2024 passed by this Court.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner contends that there is a typographical error in the MSN Numbers of one Aircraft in the judgment. 3.

Accordingly, the Aircraft number as appearing with W.P.(C) 9901/2023 in the Table at Page nos. 12 and 137 in the Judgment dated 26.04.2024 is rectified to read as under:
