1. The petitioner has approached this Court seeking directions to the respondents to step up his pay at par with his junior counterparts namely Mahinder Singh and Surya Bhan Singh.

2. Learned counsel for the respondent no. 2 draws our attention to the letter dated 23.11.2022 and the Signal dated 17.02.2023 filed along with the counter affidavit and submits that the petitioner's prayer for up-gradation of his pay has already been accepted by the respondents. Further, the arrears as per the revised upgraded pay, amounting to Rs.1,49,347/- have already been paid to him on 14.02.2024.

in the present petition, which is accordingly disposed of by taking on record the statement made on behalf of the respondent no. 2.
