The present petition is filed seeking quashing of FIR No. 125/2025 dated 07.03.2025, registered at Police Station Saket, for the offences under Sections 64(1)/123/351(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 ('BNS') and the consequential proceedings emanating therefrom.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the FIR was registered solely on the statement of the victim without there being any evidence.

However, at the outset, he submits that since the chargesheet has already been filed, he will take all the arguments before the learned Trial Court at the time of arguments on charge.
