The matter was passed over on the first call as none was present on behalf of the petitioner. Same is the position on the second call. 2.
Counsel for the respondent/ITPO states that the respondent/ITPO has been included in the list of Departments/Public Sector Undertakings that are governed by the Central Administrative Tribunal Act and Rules. She hands over a copy of the extract of the list of Departments, downloaded from the website of the Tribunal, which reveals that the name of the respondent/ITPO features at Sr.No.202.

In view of the aforesaid position, the Registry is directed to transmit the file of this case to the Central Administrative Tribunal for further proceedings.

As none is present on behalf of the petitioner, counsel for the respondent is requested to give a written intimation of the orders passed today and the date fixed before the Central Administrative Tribunal to him and place on record the proof of intimation on an affidavit on the date fixed before the Registrar, Central Administrative Tribunal. 5.
List before the Registrar, Central Administrative Tribunal, for further proceedings on 27th July, 2016.
