Mr. Prakash, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the matter has been settled vide Settlement Deed dated 03.09.2025. 3.

For the said reason, the application is allowed in view of the said Settlement Agreement.

Binding the parties to the terms of the settlement, the petition is disposed of.
