The present petition under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ["the Act"], has been filed by the petitioner in anticipation of arbitration proceedings under an Agreement dated 25.06.2022 between the petitioner and respondent No. 1 - All India Institute of Medical Sciences.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the Agreement for providing disinfestation and pest control services, awarded to the petitioner, has been terminated by respondent No. 1 on 29.04.2024, and a performance bank guarantee has been invoked thereafter.
