O R D E R

% 15.07.2019 Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks directions as under:- a) Directing the respondents to place the relevant records pertaining to the present writ petition before their Lord ships for the proper adjudication in the matter in the interest of justice. b) Declaring the actions of the respondents ignoring the claim of the petitioner for further processing for recruitment to the post of junior assistant (Personnel &Administration) Delhi against the advertisement no. 08/18 (R&P) despite the facts that the petitioner secured much higher marks.i.e. 57 (42 in CBT + 15marks for securing 62.13 percent in graduation) than the marks required for consideration (40 marks) in such a manner is as deliberate, biased, perverse, illegal, unjust, arbitrarily, malafide, mechanical, unconstitutional, against the principles of natural justice, against the mandatory provisions of law,

violative of article 14, 16 &21 of the Constitution of India, and contrary to the very provisions stipulated in the advertisement itself thus not sustainable in the eyes of law.

c) Directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for further processing for recruitment against advertisement no. 08/18 (R&P) for the post of Junior Assistant (Personnel & Administration) Delhi and make the appointment accordingly with all other consequential benefits if eligible.

d) To allow the present writ petition of the petitioner with admissible consequential benefits and cost.

For the aforesaid purpose, the petitioner has made representation to the respondent nos. 2 & 3 on 03.07.2019, however, till date, there is no response from the respondents.

Accordingly, I hereby dispose of the present petition, directing the aforesaid respondents to decide the representation of the petitioner mentioned above within one week from today and the decision so taken on the representation shall be conveyed to the petitioner in writing within two days thereafter.

The petition and the pending applications are also disposed of accordingly.

A copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for the parties under the signature of Court Master.
