This petition has been filed, under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ["the Act"], seeking extension of the mandate of the learned sole Arbitrator, who is in seisin of disputes between the parties under a Letter of Award dated 14.01.2015. 2.
The mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal was extended on 20.01.2024 by mutual consent of the parties for six months. 3.
The proceedings are at a stage of final arguments. 4.
Mr. Varun Nischal, learned counsel, appears on behalf of respondent No.1. Mr. Mohit Bhardwaj, learned counsel, appears on behalf of respondent No.2. They state that the respondents have no objection to the relief sought.
