The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 ("CPC"), seeking to withdraw the present writ petition.

It is submitted that the Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD") has taken requisite action against the unauthorized construction undertaken by the respondent no. 2 in the property bearing no. B-44, 45 and 46, East Uttam Nagar, Ward No. 106, New Delhi-110059, and the petitioner is accordingly satisfied.
