% 22.11.2016 In pursuance to the last order, parties are personally present. Learned counsel for respondent, on instructions of respondent who is personally present, states that the obligations undertaken by the respondent vide her undertaking dated 05th October, 2015 shall be duly complied with. Learned counsel for petitioner also assures and undertakes to this Court that petitioner shall make all endeavours to win over trust and confidence of the children.

The statements and assurances given by learned counsel for parties are accepted by this Court and parties are held bound by the same. Keeping in view the aforesaid, present contempt petition is closed. In the event, the parties have any difficulty, they are given liberty to seek revival of the present proceedings.
