The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that the petition filed by the respondent, Mr Manish Darira seeking divorce from the petitioner, be transferred from the court of Mr S. Kumar Jain, Principle Judge to any other court.

The petitioner is, essentially, aggrieved by the manner in which the said proceedings are being conducted by the said Court. According to the petitioner, the manner in which the proceedings are conducted are prejudicial to her interest. It is alleged on her behalf that the said court has not granted the petitioner sufficient time, as requested by her from time to time and had given short dates.

She also claims that the application filed by her was not accepted.

She states that the Court has placed the matter for orders tomorrow and the petitioner would be seriously prejudiced if the petition is not transferred from the said court.

This Court does not consider it apposite to accede to the request made

by the petitioner. If the petitioner is aggrieved by any order passed by the said court or the failure of the court to take up any particular application, the petitioner is at liberty to avail all appropriate remedies in this regard. 4.

The petition is, accordingly, dismissed. All pending applications are disposed of.
