% 18.11.2019 Vide this petition, petitioner No.1/husband is seeking protection from respondent No.3/wife for him as well as for his minor daughter/ petitioner No.2.

Upon notice, learned Additional Standing Counsel for respondent/State submits that parties are residing under one roof only and if for any reason protection is sought by petitioners, it will be provided. In the peculiar circumstances of this case, respondent/State is directed to provide mobile number of Beat Constable, WASI, Division Officer as well as SHO to the petitioners forthwith so that in case of W.P.(Crl.).1848/2019

exigency, the petitioners can contact the concerned officials, who may handle the situation as per the law.

In view of the above, learned counsel for petitioners does not press this petition.

The petition stands disposed of.
