It is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents that the amount due and payable by the respondents shall be paid at the earliest, and in any event, on or before 10.06.2026, when pending proceedings under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, are coming up for hearing before the concerned Magistrate.
