The present petition raises a grievance as regards alleged unauthorized construction at property bearing No.9844-9845, Gali No.6, Multani Dhanda, Pahar Ganj, New Delhi-110055. 2.

construction is in terms of a sanction plan. A copy of the sanction plan has been produced by learned counsel for the MCD during the course of hearing. 3.
As such, the allegations made in the present petition appear to be unsubstantiated.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner confines himself to raising a grievance as regards the alleged presence of an illegal borewell in the property in question. With regard to the same, the petitioner is at liberty to make a representation to the concerned SDM who has the jurisdiction to take appropriate action with regard thereto. As and when such a representation is made, the same shall be duly considered by the concerned SDM in accordance with law.

No other relief is pressed for by learned counsel for the petitioner. The present petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
