An Application has been filed on behalf of Respondent No.1 and 2 for issuance of directions to the learned Tribunal for disbursement of the Compensation amount.

It is submitted in the Application that an Appeal against the Impugned Award dated 27.09.2020 had been preferred on behalf of the Insurance Company, but the same has been dismissed by this Court vide Order dated 07.08.2024, but no Order of disbursement of the Compensation amount has been made.

As per the submissions on behalf of the Claimants, the Appeal has been dismissed and obviously the disbursement shall be in terms of the Award dated 27.09.2020 passed by the learned Tribunal. The appropriate Application may be filed by the Claimants before the learned Tribunal, the same may be decided in accordance with the terms of disbursement as detailed in the Award.
