A Petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C has been filed by the petitioner No.1 to 3 challenging the Order dated 12.02.2014 of learned M.M, whereby the application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C has been allowed and the FIR has been directed to be registered.

The I.O has submitted the Report that pursuant to the directions, FIR No.89/2014 was registered under Sections 420/468/471/120B/34 IPC in which the Chargesheet under Section 420/406/409/120B/34 IPC has already been filed.
