Ms. Arunima Dwivedi, Standing Counsel for National Council for Teacher Education states that due to summer vacation the order dated 28.05.2019 could not be communicated to the Department. She submits that the next date of meeting of the Western Regional Committee of National Council for Teacher Education is fixed for 24/25.07.2019 and the application of the petitioner shall be appropriately considered by the Committee.

At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to avail other remedies as available to them in law.

As such, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
