The present petition has been filed by the petitioners being aggrieved that the learned District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission-I, Tis Hazari has not pronounced the judgment in the complaints bearing no.s CC/161/2018 (filed by petitioner no. 1) and CC/162/2018 (filed by petitioner no. 2) under Section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986, even though the same were reserved on 29.09.2023.

In the circumstances, the present petition is disposed of with a request to learned District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission-I, Tis Hazari to pronounce the judgment in the abovementioned complaints filed by the petitioners. Let an endeavour be made to do the same within a period of 4 weeks from today.
