There has been no appearance on behalf of parties since 01st August, 2022. On 23rd February, 2024, Joint Registrar has made a report regarding service of parties to the following effect:
"As is recorded in the order dated 20.12.2023, both the parties were personally served on 06.12.2023, vide ordinary means. Since none had appeared on the said date, the court notice(s) were directed to be issued to the registered Trademark-agents of all concerned. However the registry has now noted that no details of any of the Trademark-agents of either of the parties are available on record and thus, their court notice(s) could not be issued.
It is also pertinent to note that the court notice of the counsel for the petitioner was received back unserved repeatedly with the reports of "no such person". (Refer: order dated 23.03.2023 and office notings for the hearings dated 06.10.2023 & 20.12.2023) In the given circumstances, it is difficult to proceed any further, since none of the parties are appearing, despite being served. Accordingly be listed before the Hon'ble Court on 15.04.2024 for further directions."
