The present petition alleges unauthorized construction by the respondent no.4 at property bearing Trilok Chand Mustail no.31, Killa No.5 min, Shanti Kunj, Block-A, Mehrauli, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi-110070. 2.
Learned counsel for MCD, while strenuously disputes the maintainability of the present petition at the behest of the petitioner, submits that the entire construction at the property in question has been found to be unauthorized and a comprehensive demolition action is scheduled on 30.05.2024.
