The present petition has been filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs: "I. Direct the Ld. DRAT, Delhi to dispose off the Regular Appeal No. 214/2023 titled as "Meenu Raisurana vs. Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited & Drs." filed by the Respondent No.1 on the next date of hearing; or in alternative, II. Dismiss the Regular Appeal No. 214/2023 titled as "Meenu Raisurana vs. Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited & Drs. " preferred by the Respondent No.1 which is pending adjudication before the Ld. DRAT, Delhi and/or III. Pass such other or further relief as to this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, in favour of the petitioner and against the respondents." Learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner submits that despite passage of considerable time, proceedings in Regular Appeal No. 214/2023 are pending before the learned Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Delhi (hereinafter referred to as, 'DRAT'). He further submits that appropriate directions may, therefore, be issued for expeditious disposal of the aforesaid proceedings.

Accordingly, the Petitioner is permitted to move an appropriate application with regard to its urgency before the learned DRAT. 4.

As soon as the urgency application is filed, we expect and hope that the learned DRAT shall consider and decide such application as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with law, without granting any unnecessary adjournments.

With the aforesaid observations, the present petition stands disposed of.
