1. It is stated that in view of the order dated 17th March, 2016 passed by the ITAT, this writ petition does not survive.
2. Since the Petitioners have succeeded in the appeal before the ITAT, the amount deposited by the Petitioner pursuant to the Pursuant to the order dated 22nd February 2012 of this Court shall be refunded to the Petitioner along with interest as permissible in law. The bank guarantee furnished by the Petitioner stands discharged.
