Further to the order dated 04.04.2025, Mr. Jasbir Singh Malik, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a petition on the same cause of action before the Central Administrative Tribunal, which admittedly has jurisdiction over the matter.
