Issue notice.

Mr. Chirag M. Shroff, learned counsel is present on behalf of the nonapplicant/respondent on advance copy; accepts notice; and does not oppose the prayer made.

The Settlement Agreement, which is a culmination of negotiations under the "Vivad se Vishwas-II"

(Contractual Disputes) Scheme, contemplates certain payments to be made by the petitioner/National O.M.P. Highways Authority of India to the respondent/Gammon Atlanta-JV in accordance with Schedule-I appended to the Settlement Agreement. The court is satisfied that the parties have resolved their disputes through lawful means by way of the Settlement Agreement. The parties shall remain bound by the terms of Settlement Agreement dated 29.03.2024, in particular by the terms contained in Schedule-I thereto. The application is allowed and disposed-of.

O.M.P. (COMM) 275/2021 In view of the prayer made in the above application, the petition stands disposed-of as withdrawn.
