O R D E R

The present petition raises a grievance as regards illegal/unauthorised construction being raised on property bearing No. 1512, Gali No. 26-27, Naiwala, Karol Bagh, New Delhi-110070.

Learned counsel for the MCD who appears on advance notice submits that the construction is being carried out in terms of a duly issued sanctioned plan in respect of the property in question.

In light of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioner confines himself to seeking that the present petition be treated as a representation by the MCD and a speaking order be passed thereon after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. It is directed accordingly. 4.

Let hearing be granted to the petitioner by the concerned Assistant Engineer within a period of 1 week from today and a speaking order be passed within a period of 4 weeks thereafter. 5.
