The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying as under:- "1) To issue directions to respondent to recall false order dated 14/11/2017 passed in case No:

106/27/ 0/2017(Annexure P-2) and take action against the accused as per law and respondent should provide me pecuniary and non-pecuniary compensation available to victim of Judicial terrorism under the law."

The petitioner had filed a complaint before the respondent alleging that his human rights had been violated during the proceedings before the Punjab and Haryana High Court. The said complaint was summarily rejected, as the proceedings complained against were judicial proceedings. The petitioner objected to the dismissal of his complaint which was also dismissed by the respondent.

This Court finds no infirmity with the decision taken by the

respondent in the present petition.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
