File is placed before this Court vide judgment dated 16.02.2024 of the Hon'ble Court for issuance of probate subject to filing the administrative bond, Court fee and surety bond. 2.

Matter is pending for verification of bank guarantee furnished as security and for recording the statement of parties. 3.

Original bank guarantee has already been filed and the same is on record.

Ms. Pihu Naha working as Branch Manager with ICICI Bank, South City Branch virtually joined the proceedings and her statement has been recorded with respect to verification of the bank guarantee. 5.

Ms. Pihu Naha has stated that the bank issued BG no. 3315NDLG00026425 on 28/01/2025 for a sum of Rs. 3,00,00,000/- (Rupees three crore Only) and the same is valid upto 06/01/2026. The same has been issued at the instance of Vedika Goyal in favour of the Registrar General, Delhi High Court. guarantee as Ex.BG/P/1.

The Ex.BG/P/1 is found in order and the same is hereby accepted. Petitioner shall keep the BG alive during the pendency of the present proceedings. The banker has submitted her signed statement for issued bank guarantee along with photocopy of her employee id card virtually.

Vide judgment dated 16.02.2024 the Hon'ble Court has granted probate in favour of the petitioner. In compliance of the order of the Hon'ble Court, the petitioner has deposited requisite Court Fee, surety bond and Administrative Bond.

Separate statement of petitioner through virtual mode i.e. Mr. Vijay Krishan Goyal (LR of deceased petitioner) is recorded today regarding the Administration Bond. Administration Bond is Ex. P-1 and copy of Aadhar Card is Ex. P-2(OSR). Administration bond is found in order and the same is accepted.

Separate statement of surety through virtual mode i.e. Ms. Vedika Goyal is recorded today regarding the surety Bond. Surety Bond is Ex. S-2 and copy of Aadhar Card is Ex. S-1(OSR). Surety bond is found in order and the same is accepted. 10.

Accordingly, the Registry shall take steps for issuance of probate in favour of Sh. Vijay Krishan Goyal (LR of deceased petitioner) in terms of judgment of the Hon'ble Court dated 16.02.2024.
