Vide order dated 26.09.2023, it was directed as under: "1. There is no appearance on behalf of the petitioners when the matter is taken up for hearing. It appears that the petitioners had not appeared on the last two dates of hearing as well i.e., 01.04.2022 and 02.03.2023.

2. In the interest of justice, list on 15.01.2024.

3. Registry is directed to issue Court notice to learned counsel on record for the petitioners. In the event the petitioners are unrepresented on the next date of hearing, it may be presumed that they do not wish to prosecute the present petition."

In view of the non-appearance of the petitioners, the present petition is dismissed-in-default for non-prosecution.
