The terms of the agreement are recorded in para 3(a) to (g) and parties will accordingly be bound by the said terms. Since as per the compromise the defendant has changed its carton/packaging, and the new packaging annexed with the application has been approved by the plaintiff, accordingly, the suit is disposed of as settled and satisfied. Parties are left to bear their own costs.
