The petition relates to the water bill raised by the Delhi Jal Board. There appears to be an application for impleadment by the new buyer of the property in question 2.

The Court, at this stage, grants liberty to the subsequent purchaser to file necessary representation before the Delhi Jal Board raising his grievance.

If such a representation is made, let the same be decided, in accordance with law by a speaking order. If the subsequent purchaser, thereafter, is aggrieved by the decision of the Delhi Jal Board, he shall be at liberty to take necessary steps in accordance with the law.
