% 04.07.2017 FIR No. 84/2014 under Sections 419/420/34 IPC was registered at Police Station Hauz Qazi against the petitioners on the complaint of respondent no. 2. It is submitted that petitioners and respondent no. 2 have settled their disputes vide Settlement Deed dated 25th April, 2014, inasmuch as settled amount stands paid; therefore, FIR may be quashed. Respondent no. 2 is present in Court along with his counsel and has been identified by the Investigating Officer ASI Kunwar Pal, P.S. Hauz Qazi. Respondent no. 2 submits that he has settled the matter of his own free will and without any
undue force, coercion and pressure. He further submits that he is not willing to pursue the FIR any further.
Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the parties voluntarily, inasmuch as terms thereof stands complied, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 84/2014 under Sections 419/420/34 IPC registered at Police Station Hauz Qazi and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
