Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the Trial Court has framed the charge and he may be challenging the same, hence, he seeks permission to withdraw the petition. 2.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the petition. Pending application is also dismissed as withdrawn.
