Petitioner had filed a petition seeking divorce. 2.

When the abovesaid petition was taken up by the learned Judge, Family Court on 11.09.2024, noticing that the petitioner was in arrears of maintenance and such arrears, which were to the tune of Rs.37 lacs, had not been cleared, the petition was adjourned sine die. Thereafter the petitioner, having received some respite from this Court and also from the Hon'ble Supreme Court, moved an application seeking revival of his abovesaid petition.

The grievance in the present petition is merely limited to the effect that such application has yet not been decided and the learned Judge, Family Court may be requested to consider and dispose of abovesaid application as expeditiously as possible. 4.
