The present appeal has been filed by the Appellant - Vivek Virender Singh inter alia assailing the impugned order dated 19th March, 2025 passed in CONT.CAS(S) 89/2024, titled, Aradhna Srivastava v. Vivek Virendra Singh.

Vide the impugned order, the ld. Single Judge directed a sum of Rs. 5,00,000/- to be deposited with the Registry of the Court. The relevant portion of the impugned order is extracted hereunder: "In the meantime, in order to secure part of the alleged arrears, a deposit of Rs. 5 lacs shall be deposited with the Registry of this Court to be kept in an interest-bearing fixed deposit.
