In so far as the DD No. 72A dated 07.05.2024 registered at PS Anand Vihar is concerned, the same has been investigated and it has been found that it does not disclose any cognizable offence. 3.

It is further submitted that the Petitioner has filed Civil Suit before the Civil Court seeking injunction against respondent No.3 to 6. 4.

In view of the Status Report and the averments made in the petition, no further directions are required by this Court. 5.

However, since the petitioner has not appeared, the Petition is dismissed in default.
