W.P.(C) 1223/2016 Present petition is nothing but a gross abuse of process of law. Petitioner is in the habit of filing one or the other petition seeking similar reliefs. Earlier also, WP(C) No. 6123/2010 was filed by the petitioner for

similar reliefs, which was disposed of vide order dated 9th September, 2010. A perusal of the order shows that there is a private dispute between the petitioner and occupier of the subject property and reference in this regard has been made in the said order. Thereafter, petitioner again filed WP(C) No. 39/2012 seeking similar prayer, which was also disposed of vide order dated 10th April, 2012. I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition and the same is dismissed.
