The present petition has been filed by the Petitioner- M/s Ganesh Das Chawla Charitable Trust (Regd.) under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, inter alia, assailing the Order-in-Original dated 3rd February, 2025 (hereinafter, 'impugned order') passed by the Additional Commissioner, CGST Delhi West.

After some hearing, ld. Counsel for the Petitioner submits that he shall avail of his remedies in accordance with law, either by filing an appeal under Section 107 of the Central Goods and Service Tax Act, 2017 or by filing a rectification application against the impugned order. 4.
It is also the submission of ld. Counsel for the Petitioner that though initially credit notes were availed off, however, thereafter the credit has been reversed and the full amount has been deposited.
