% 17.01.2020 OMP (ENF.) (COMM.) 111/2019 Learned counsel for JD has handed over the FDR bearing account no.338600PU00013131 for Rs.87,07,712/- drawn on PNB to learned counsel for DH today in court against due acknowledgement. Learned counsel for DH submits that he has not received the amount of Rs.87,47,636/- deposited with the Hon'ble Registrar General of Delhi High Court as the file could not sent to the cash branch. Accordingly, registry is directed to do the needful in this regard as per law.

The JD has to hand over the original bank guarantee bond No.1/2015 dated 02.01.2015 to DH, to which learned counsel for JD submits that he has moved an application for modification of order Contd.....2

-2dated 02.12.2019 as the said original bank guarantee bond is not in power and possession of the JD. At request, copy of the said IA be supplied to learned counsel for DH against due acknowledgement. Re-notify the matter for awaiting of said IA on 06.02.2020.
