By the present petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:
"A. Quash the Orders Dated 23.02.2021, 30.06.2021 & 09.03.2022 passed by the court of Sh. Vishal Singh, Asj-03, West District Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in Sessions Case Bearing No 56571/2016, F.I.R. Bearing No.79/2012, Under Sections 392/397/411/455/34 IPC , P.S.
Mianwali Nagar in the interest of justice;
B. Pass an order thereby directing the Ld Trial Court to pass an appropriate order/direction to Jail Superintendent, Central Jail Tihar to transfer the petitioner to Bhondsi Jail, Gurugram, Haryana from Tihar Jail, Delhi alongwith its production warrant for the next date of the case."

From the above, it is apparent that the petitioner was praying to be transferred to the Bhondsi Jail, Gurugram, Haryana from Tihar Jail, Delhi.

The learned APP, placing reliance on the Order dated 22.03.2024 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, West District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in Sessions Trial Case No.56571/2016 (FIR No.79/2012 registered at Police Station: Paschim Vihar (East)), submits that the petitioner is presently lodged in Bhondsi Jail, Gurugram, Haryana and his prayer is now infructuous. 5.
