Counsel for Petitioner, on instructions, states that he would like to withdraw the present petition and seeks liberty to re-apply, once the position of law is clarified by the Supreme Court in SLP(Crl) 17132/2024 titled as "Mihir Rajesh Shah vs The State of Maharashtra & Anr." 5.
