Mr. Varun Pathak, counsel appears for Meta platforms and states that pursuant to previous order, they have verified the snapshot of the stories and posts and state that the account from which these posts have been issued belongs to phone no.9899650592, the phone number of the respondent and the account is associated to this number.

Ms. Swati Agarwal, counsel appears for WhatsApp and states that the WhatsApp account is on this number as well.

In any event, Mr. Amit Goel, respondent, is present in Court, along with his counsel, and has now undertaken that he shall not issue any communication or disseminate any content with respect to the petitioner or her family and friends on any social media platform, online or offline platform or any messaging platform.

This undertaking has been given to the Court considering the Court was inclined to issue show-cause to the respondent as to why he should have not been punished for contempt and be sentenced.

In these circumstances and the undertaking given, in case there is any non-compliance with the said undertaking, the petitioner is at liberty to revive the same.

The petition is, therefore, disposed of.
