2) Mr. Pallav Saxena accepts notice on behalf of respondent. 3) This writ petition has been filed to assail the orders dated 4.10.2017 and 20.12.2017 passed by the respondent. 4) The principal grievance of the petitioners is that respondent has sought the financial statements and income tax returns of the petitioners herein while inquiring into the conduct of the Ghaziabad Development Authority.

5) Mr. Pallav Saxena who appears on advance notice on behalf of respondent says that he has taken instructions and the instructions are to the effect that the respondent will not insist on submission of financial statements and income tax returns concerning the petitioners.

6) In these circumstances, the grievance of the petitioners stands redressed.

7) Therefore, the writ petition, in my view, need not proceeded further.
