Provisional admissions were granted to these petitioners in these writ petitions pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court.
Mr. Deepank Yadav, learned Counsel for Respondent 1 school submits that the school is willing to treat these admissions as regular and permanent and to educate the petitioners as EWS/DG candidates in accordance with law in that regard and to provide them all facilities, which are available to the EWS/DG students.

The Court sincerely appreciates the proactive approach adopted by the school.
