The present application has been filed by the Petitioner - Rasi Innovation Pvt. Ltd. seeking directions of this Court for disposing the writ petition as withdrawn.

As per the Petitioner, the petition had already been taken back under objections from the High Court Registry and the same was to be deleted from the cause list dated 9th May, 2025.

This was however not brought to the notice of the Court and hence, the matter was taken up on 9th May, 2025 and the consequent order was passed. 5.

For the reasons stated in the application, the order dated 9th May, 2025 passed by the Court is recalled. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
