It is submitted by the respective counsel for the parties that the Arbitral Award of which enforcement has been sought in the present petition, has been stayed in FAO(OS)(COMM) 163/2021 by the Division Bench of this Court. The said interim stay has been made absolute during the pendency of the aforesaid appeal.

In the circumstances, since the Award cannot be executed till the FAO(OS)(COMM) 163/2021 is decided by the Division Bench, the present petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner/decree holder to file afresh and/or revive the present petition, as may be warranted, upon disposal of FAO(OS)(COMM) 163/2021.
