This application is filed seeking withdrawal of the writ petition. 2.

In this application, it is pleaded that during the pendency of the writ petition the proceedings under Section 81 of DLR Act qua the land falling in Khasra No.19/26 (2-08) situated within the revenue estate of village Burari, Delhi were dropped and no cause of action survives for pursuing the writ petition.

Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to the withdrawal of the writ petition.
