No one appears on behalf of the parties. It has been noted in order dated 18th September, that respondent No.2 had received the settlement amounts. There is no application for compounding file despite repeated adjournments. It seems that the parties have already satisfied with the settlement of the matter, no purpose is served to keep this matter on board. 2.

It has been noted in the order dated 22nd July, 2019 that the settlement was arrived at between the parties on 29th October, 2015. 3.

Part payment was originally made and petitioner was willing to pay another amount of Rs.40,000/- to the respondent No.2, the receipt of which is already on record of the Court.
