This is an application filed under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, by the Petitioner seeking withdrawal of the petition. 2.

It is stated by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, who is present in the Court, that pursuant to the order dated 18.12.2024, the parties had approached the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre and have signed the settlement agreement before the learned Mediator on 02.05.2025. A copy of the settlement is annexed to the application.

In view of the same, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the settlement dated 02.05.2025 before the learned Mediator. 4.
