% 08.02.2016 Present writ petition has been filed seeking quashing of show cause notice dated 28th May, 2015 and a direction to the respondents to refund the security amount and excess payment of excise duty deposited with them in advance and to further quash the letter dated 9th July, 2015 whereby the respondent No.2 has directed the respondents No.3 to 6 to stop payment of country liquor supplied to them by the petitioner. In the opinion of this Court, ends of justice would be met if the respondents are directed to decide the show cause notice dated 28th May, 2015 within a period of eight weeks, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. Ordered accordingly. With the aforesaid direction, the present writ petition and the application are disposed of.
